Truptam Foundation welcomes collaborations with corporate organizations under their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. We believe that strong partnerships between non-profits and businesses can create sustainable, measurable, and meaningful social impact.

This document outlines the general terms and guidelines for CSR and corporate partnerships.

1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

CSR partnerships shall comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (India) and applicable CSR rules.
Truptam Foundation shall provide valid NGO registration documents, 12A & 80G certificates (if applicable), PAN, and other compliance documents as required.
Corporate partners must ensure that CSR funding is provided in accordance with statutory obligations.

2. Scope of CSR Projects

CSR partnerships may include, but are not limited to:

Health & Wellness Programs
Education & Literacy Initiatives
Women Empowerment Programs
Skill Development & Employment Generation
Rural Development Projects
Environmental Sustainability & Cleanliness Drives
Government Scheme Awareness Initiatives
Road Safety & Civic Awareness Programs

Specific project scope, objectives, timelines, and expected impact will be defined in a mutually agreed Project Agreement or MoU (Memorandum of Understanding).

3. Funding & Financial Utilization

CSR funds must be transferred through official banking channels to the registered bank account of Truptam Foundation.
Funds will be utilized strictly for the agreed project objectives.
Any administrative costs shall be clearly disclosed and agreed upon in writing.
Unutilized funds, if any, shall be treated as per mutually agreed terms in the MoU.

4. Reporting & Transparency

Truptam Foundation is committed to maintaining high levels of transparency and accountability. Corporate partners will receive:

Project implementation plan
Periodic progress reports
Financial utilization statements
Impact assessment reports (where applicable)
Photographs, videos, and documentation of activities

Regular review meetings may be conducted to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

5. Branding & Public Communication

Use of logos, brand names, and promotional materials will require mutual written consent.
Any public announcements, press releases, or social media promotions will be approved by both parties before publication.
The Foundation may acknowledge corporate partners in reports, events, and promotional materials as agreed.

6. Duration & Termination

The duration of CSR partnerships will be specified in the signed agreement.
Either party may terminate the partnership with prior written notice, subject to completion or settlement of financial obligations.
In case of breach of agreed terms, the partnership may be terminated with immediate effect.

7. Ethical Standards

Both parties agree to:

Maintain transparency and ethical conduct
Avoid conflicts of interest
Ensure non-discrimination and equal opportunity
Comply with applicable laws and regulatory standards
Respect beneficiary dignity and privacy

8. Monitoring & Evaluation

To ensure measurable impact:

Project milestones will be predefined
Monitoring systems will be implemented
Feedback from beneficiaries will be collected
Performance indicators will be reviewed periodically

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

10. Governing Law

All CSR partnerships shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the partnership shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Anand, Gujarat.
